The wine events at Cork & Table have evolved over the years into a series of several courses paired with five or six wines from a winery or region and feature expert guests who provide insight and clarification into each wine.
The Spanish Wine Dinner at Cork & Table features five delectable courses paired with five exquisite wines. The courses include:
- Serrano Ham, paired with 2018 Avinyo Cava Brut Nature Reserva
- Lobster Salad with Tarragon Caper Dressing and Goat Cheese, paired with 2022 Eido Da Salgosa Albarino
- Lamb Meatballs with Beluga Lentils, Shiitakes, and Red Wine Sauce, paired with 2022 Celler Pardas “Sus Scrofa” Sumoll
- Seared Strip Steak with Cracked Pepper, Roast Garlic Potato Puree, and Port Reduction, paired with 2021 Costers Del Priorat Pissarres
- MAHON Semi-Soft Cow’s Milk from Mallorca and VLASKAAS Gouda-Style Aged Cow’s Milk from Holland, paired with 2019 Trinidad del Conde de Hervias Rioja
