The wine events at Cork & Table have evolved over the years into a series of several courses paired with five or six wines from a winery or region and feature expert guests who provide insight and clarification into each wine.
The 2024 New Year’s Eve Wine Dinner at Cork & Table features five delectable courses paired with five exquisite wines. The courses include:
- Seared Sea Scallop with Creme Fraiche & Tobiko, paired with Antech Cellars Sparkling Blanquette de Limoux
- Crab and Corn Chowder, paired with 2022 Villard Reserve Chardonnay
- Smoked Duck Salad with Blackberry Dijon Dressing and Goat Cheese, paired with 2021 Eola Hills Pinot Noir
- Sautéed “Wagyu” Filet Mignon with Garlic Shrimp, Potato Gratin, and Port Reduction, paired with 2019 Zuccardi Malbec “San Pablo”
- Dark Chocolate Souffle with Creme Anglaise, paired with Quinta do Infantado Tawny Port
This divine dinner event is $130 per person plus tax and gratuity.
